Terms of Use
Effective date:Â October 30, 2026
Last updated:Â October 30, 2026
Welcome to the International Holistic Health Alliance (“IHHA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Starla Weichman. These Terms of Use govern your access to https://www.myihha.org and our memberships, courses, educational materials, events, and related services.
Please read these Terms before creating an account or making a purchase. We request your agreement during registration or checkout where applicable. If you do not agree, please do not register for or purchase our services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase our services.
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us promptly of unauthorized account access.
Memberships and account access are for your individual use unless we expressly authorize otherwise. You may not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials.
2. Educational Purpose and Health Disclaimer
IHHA provides educational information about holistic health and wellness. Our website, courses, webinars, community discussions, and other materials do not provide individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation does not establish a healthcare provider–patient relationship with IHHA or an instructor. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about personal health concerns and before changing medications, treatments, or health practices.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through IHHA. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
We do not guarantee health outcomes, professional success, income, or other specific results.
3. Memberships and Course Access
Your purchase description and checkout terms identify the benefits, access period, prerequisites, and any limitations applicable to your membership or course.
Membership duration: IHHA membership is a lifetime membership, subject to these Terms and completion of any agreed payments. We do not offer trial memberships or temporary 30-day access. If you choose a payment plan, the installments pay for your lifetime membership and are not recurring membership renewal fees.
Some courses, events, certifications, and services may require separate purchases. Membership includes only the benefits expressly described in your offer.
We may update educational materials, instructors, schedules, or platform features. If a change materially affects a paid benefit, we will provide appropriate notice and any remedy required by applicable law or your purchase terms.
4. Prices, Payments, and Payment Plans
Prices, currency, applicable taxes, and payment terms are presented before purchase.
If you select a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled charges disclosed and agreed to at checkout. Payment information may be retained for processing those authorized payments as described in our Privacy Policy.
A payment plan divides a purchase price into installments; it is not automatically a cancel-anytime subscription. Your cancellation and refund rights remain subject to the disclosed purchase terms and applicable law.
You must keep your payment method current. If a payment fails, we may contact you and temporarily suspend access after notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. We will not impose undisclosed fees.
5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals
This section applies only to offers expressly sold as automatically renewing subscriptions.
Before enrollment, we disclose the recurring price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method and obtain any required consent.
You may cancel future membership renewals by emailing [email protected]. Please include the name and email address associated with your account so we can locate your membership. Cancellation takes effect as described at checkout and does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
A fixed installment plan does not renew automatically unless you separately agree to a renewing subscription.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policy: IHHA offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email [email protected] within 30 days of the original purchase date to request a refund. Please include the name and email address associated with your purchase.
For purchases made through a payment plan, the guarantee period begins on the original purchase date, not on each installment date. An approved refund returns payments made toward that purchase and cancels its remaining scheduled installments. Access to the refunded membership, course, or materials ends when the refund is processed.
This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
7. Certificates and Professional Practice
Any certificate or credential awarded by IHHA reflects completion of the requirements stated for that program.
Unless expressly identified and independently verifiable, a program does not confer government licensure, recognized accreditation, or authority to diagnose, treat, prescribe, or practice a regulated profession.
You are responsible for checking the licensing, scope-of-practice, and continuing education requirements that apply where you work.
8. Intellectual Property
Our course materials, videos, recordings, text, graphics, logos, and other content belong to IHHA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your purchase terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nontransferable license to access and use the materials for your own learning and reference.
Except where permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or create commercial products from our materials. Downloads are permitted only where we provide that option.
9. Community Conduct and Submissions
You agree not to:
-
Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or impersonate others.
-
Post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or confidential material.
-
Share another person’s health information or personal details without authorization.
-
Send spam or unsolicited promotions.
-
Disrupt the platform, bypass access controls, or collect member information without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant IHHA a nonexclusive license to host, display, and technically reproduce that content only as needed to operate the feature where you submitted it.
We will obtain separate permission before using your name, photograph, or testimonial in promotional materials.
We may remove content or restrict access for violations of these Terms. Community posts may be visible to other participants; do not post information you wish to keep confidential.
10. Professional Directory
If you submit a professional listing, you are responsible for its accuracy and for maintaining any qualifications or licenses you claim.
A directory listing does not guarantee a practitioner’s services, qualifications, or outcomes. Users should independently assess a practitioner before engaging their services.
11. Email and SMS Communications
We may send communications necessary to administer your account, purchases, and services.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Where you have opted in to marketing text messages, you may opt out by replying STOP. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. For assistance, contact [email protected].
Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of marketing does not cancel a membership or payment plan.
12. Privacy and Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Our website uses Kajabi and may rely on payment processors and other service providers. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are responsible for our own legal obligations when using those providers.
13. Availability and Disclaimers
We take reasonable care in providing our services, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that all educational content will be complete, current, or free from errors, or that the services will always be uninterrupted.
These provisions do not exclude any warranty, service standard, or consumer protection that applicable law makes mandatory.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHHA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services, such as lost business opportunities or anticipated profits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or unresolved nonpayment.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it before termination. Immediate suspension may be necessary to address fraud, security threats, or harm to others.
Termination does not override applicable refund rights or authorize us to retain payments contrary to law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ottumwa, IA, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Please first contact [email protected]Â so we can attempt to resolve a concern. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or pursue a legal remedy.
Any court proceedings arising from these Terms will be brought in the state courts located in Wapello County, Iowa, or a federal court with jurisdiction over that county, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. For material changes affecting existing users, we will provide reasonable notice and obtain renewed agreement where required.
Changes will not retroactively alter an existing purchase’s price, payment schedule, or promised access without your agreement, except as permitted by law.
